Bekins was contracted by our moving company to pack up our belongings for an international move. The two packers showed up on time - a few minutes early even! - and were courteous and answered all our questions. We are very pleased with the work Bekins did, and would happily recommend them, and especially Brandon and Terrell to anyone who needs their home packed up!
The moving crew was very professional. They arrived on-time both days and worked tirelessly. They were always letting me know what the progress was. Highly recommend their service.
The Bekins team arrived at our apartment on time and ready to work. They were very professional and respectfully of our property, they asked clarifying questions which was helpful. It took them 6 hours to pack our 2 bedroom apartment and storage locker.
One of the suppliers for our company drops their product at Bekins for local delivery to our shop. We have had reoccurring issues with their staff not contacting us once they receive the shipments. They have held items for 3-4 weeks and delayed our jobs, several times we have had to go collect the items ourselves. Their staff gives us attitude each time and tells us they are too busy to deal with us. They also make every excuse and lie to our faces about when they received the shipments. I don't trust them with the simple deliveries they are supposed to make for us, and wouldn't even think of allowing them to manage any of the other services they offer.
Great experience pulled up they put all our packages and boxes in the truck and we left.
