To the nasty lady who just refilled my propane tank. I am sorry you hate your job but, that is no reason to treat customers with disrespect and be short and mean to them. Excuse me for wanting to refill my propane tank. The fact you have a job during these times is amazing. For the owners who care enough to check their reviews this lady wouldn’t provide her name...no name tag....and she was rude as can be. Today’s day is 9/4/2020 at 4pmnnPlease hire friendly staff!!!! We work hard and the last thing we want to do is go back out and get propane but it would be nice if we were met with a friendly smile. Except your place of course.
Staff was very friendly at pick up and drop off. Equipment was very clean when I picked it up and was in great condition. Overall great experience.
My past experiences with this location have been great but this time around, not only did they give us a truck with only a quarter tank of gas but wanted to charge a $100 deposit when my mom gave them $40 cash to go towards the total. Of ALL the quick cash grabs I've seen companies try, this is easily the most ridiculous.
There's a huge discrepancy between what the app is showing is available and what the store actually has. I went to three uhaul stores before giving up. I was so frustrated at the end that I chose a different way to move ask together I will most likely not use this place again. BTW the first store I visited me and another customer waited over 5 min before anyone showed up to the counter. That's a great way to have someone hack into your computers that were sitting unlocked.
I loaded up quickly maybe was there for 30min. The service was great.nI was loading here with a 53' trailer. I came in from appleyway. The dock is at the rear of the building. It is a portable dock.
