I only had a short wait for Propane and even then the Manager was very professional and apologized for the wait. Everyone's in a hurry and wants it done yesterday but these businesses are well busy. So you can not expect to be first or cut in line. I found this place to be very respectful and will continue to do my business here. Thank you again to the Manager.

We're in a national pandemic & only one person in the entire building had a mask on. There were no social distancing measures in place, in fact 2 of the managers were hugging and showing each other their phones and laughing while customers waited in line. Very unprofessional, putting an entire community at risk for nothing and I won't be returning to uhaul at all. I will actually be telling anyone that asks to avoid uhaul, especially this location. I don't want covid, thanks though.

My husband and I showed up to this facility on July 10th, 2020 to take care of a sensitive matter. Stephen and Veronica or Victoria, (sorry I can't remember her name) were very pleasant to work with. We had a family member pass away and they made it very easy to get things taken care of. They waived all late fees and storage fees. They also didn't charge us to cut the lock off. I just wanted to thank you all for the generosity that you have shown us in this stressful time. If you are looking for a place to store your belongings or even rent a U-haul this is the place to do it at! You all rock!nnThanks Again,nKendra & Ernest

I was very disappointed with waite and lack of knowledge of the individual who was trying to help. I also suggest that individual refrain from calling me BUDDY. If I'm going to do business with Uhaul there better be some changes at this location.

Went to get my car wiring fixed or repaired. They told me and my wife was tested and was fixed. Took all day.Hooked up golf trailer still no power. Took to a different u haul they hooked up one of their trailers E no power.My wife took back to the u haul that did the work.Could not help us no tech on duty.Each trips 14 miles one way.This happened on Monday and TuesdaynNow we need to go to a different u haul on Friday. 16 miles away. Had to cancel two tee times thanks a lot .Last time for u haul .
