Service sucks
I’m very close in changing phone services. I purchase an upgrade phone and for some reason it was going to take hours for it to upgrade and transfer all my stuff. So they recommend me to do it home. I’m currently doing it myself, downstairs in the Starbucks coffee.
We stopped by for a number of reasons and the entire team made sure we were taken care of. Although they had numerous customers, a trainee and countless screen protectors to apply, we never once felt ignored or inconvenienced. Teamwork in the store is apparent as Luis bounced around to help customers and his team D is a great manager, making sure hospitality and customer service is number 1, and Kamal also went out of his way to contact me after we left to follow up on a couple of topics.
I just popped in to ask a couple questions about my options. I was considering switching carriers, but received exemplary service from Darian and walked out with a new phone. Not super crazy about the iPhone 11, but you guys are great.
I think tmobile might be falling apart. They made me call their 3rd party insurance provider, which I was on hold with for 30 minutes before they told me I could pay my deductable in store. Then the 2 workers, who were polite, but seemed like they needed more training, couldn't resolve my issue and told me to go to another store since there was no manager working (on a Sunday, in the mall). Waste of my time, wouldn't recommend.
