These guys are champs!!nI made numerous visits to their location to try guitars and I made even more calls asking questions. They were very patient and helpful every step of the way and helped find me an amazing 2020 Gibson Les Paul that I love.nHuge thanks to Jake and Matt there for all the great customer service!

My son just had his birthday and all he wanted was a new guitar. We came to this store and Danny helped us out. He was amazing!!! He was so kind to us. He new what we needed and new the cost we we were looking for. Without us having to say a word. I am so very happy he was there to help us! Everyone there that day was very helpful and kind. We will be going back!!! Thank you Danny!!!! you gave my boy a great birthday in a time where its hard to have a great birthday! Thank you!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff - that's the highlight for me. Also a pretty good selection of gear. I would note that a few of the new acoustic guitars could use a bit of TLC

I've been aching to have a real reason to be in this Guitar Center since I was a kid. And I finally had a reason to be in there today. I'm an up and coming producer and I honestly had little to no clue what I needed. I came with questions and not a lot of money, but a very cool level headed cat helped my spaz a** figure things out and gave me some pointers. Now I'm in the lab and I'm trying to teach myself how to play piano. Thanks to Jason.

I worked security for this place. From my observations the staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. All of them looked and acted professional as well. The store was clean and looked great except for the front lobby area. There was a stand up sign that was falling apart and it looked ugly. All in all a great well managed and friendly place to get your musical needs.
