Awesome experience! I originally went to their Aurora location as I happened to drive by and saw their sign. Tim was professional and knowledgeable as I had a lot of questions about purchasing used versus new. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave me additional useful information. When I left, I was pretty convinced that I was going to go with the used instead of new. I did my own research, mainly price and found that their prices were very competitive. I went back to the Aurora store the following week, ready to buy! Tim was there, again awesome service. The Aurora store did not have the specs that I wanted. Tim checked the inventory for me and found the exact model at their Denver store. He called the store to verify the inventory and asked them to hold it for me.nnI drove to their Denver store and met Sky. He had the unit set aside for me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, helped me set up the computer and cleaned it up, like new!nnGreat experience! I would recommend either store and again awesome customer service!

Sky is very professional! He goes above and beyond. There are no dumb questions with him. I walked in needing help upgrading my ram for Video editing and Sky gave me more than adequate tips. I have never felt a personal experience like this at Apple! As a business owner I know who to see for tech questions!

My laptop was having a fatal error that Apple couldn’t fix and suggested a full reinstall. The team here was able to do a diagnostic to get the computer booted up and get it completely fixed, for a good price. Would gladly go back again if needed.

For starters, Mac Outlet pricing is very reasonable, especially compared with other repair shops I had called. Then staff member Sky was super friendly and helpful. They had me back up and running the next day. Go there! You'll be delighted.
