Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
There were a few people already in the store but someone came up to help me right away. They got all my info transferred over easily and were super nice and friendly with nice conversations.
T mobile store on Colorado Blvd is the best, definitely much better service than the one in Cherry Creek Mall. To start with, the location is great, its a very pleasant store to shop, parking is free and easy. The service was great. Marcus who sold me my new Samsung note is a true geek. He is not only a very pleasant kid to deal with but also he knows it all. He did a fab job to set up n explain my new Galaxy note 10+
Johnny was an amazing help today. He was super informative and went above and beyond to help me with my phone situation. He made helpful suggestions and made sure I new all me options and felt comfortable. He should be manager or employee of the month or even a raise he is a huge asset to your company and I would drive far to this store if I new I would always get good and helpful polite calm information with teen mobile and from Johnny
The store off Colorado Blvd is great.. Nice and helpful people.. Sadly, nothing like the one a few blocks from my condo in downtown Denver.. But TMobile the company and I have been great..
