So nice to have this quality of product here
I went in a few days ago to purchase a jacket, they did not have it in my size, they were not very keen on ordering it so I walked away. Then I went to the fragrances section, I was looking for anPradanInfusion D'Homme cologne, the lady was helpful but when I wanted to buy it she could not find it, then she reffered me to another lady it took her 15 min to come back to me to tell me that she too could not find it. Then we ordered it, in the end after I filled in the paper work she told me that there would be a shipping charge. I was horrified at this bc it should be part of the store policy to bring in an item or mail to me free of charge...nShe did not offer much help and said she could not do anything, and did not say sorry for making me wait for so long... It appeared that she was not interested in selling it to me... Needless to say I am not shopping from CC Saks again...
