Metro by T-Mobile

I wouldn't even give it one star except the site would not let me continue without doing so. I purchased a phone at THIS location in August and decided to exchange the phone a week later because it was too large. I was told by the sales person that my refund would be immediately posted to my debit card and the new phone would be deducted from my refund. The refund to this day (3 weeks later) was never posted and my account is now -$452.00. I tried to resolve this problem at first with the sales person (Kevin) but he was terminated. I then after several attempts, was put in contact with the manager Jose who claims Kevin made a mistake telling me money would be immediately put back on my card and it would take a few days for this transaction to occur. I said that the sales person misinformed me and that Metro PCS should make it right. Jose informed me they would only reimburse me for the original amount which they still have not done.nI am satisfied with the new phone and service but this location should be stripped of it's franchise and Jose should be terminated. The bottom line is DO NOT purchase from the Metro PCS on 12507 Mississippi Ave., B-702 Aurora, Colorado. I am pleased with the store I am currently dealing with and the service I am receiving from Metro PCS. I just wish they would monitor their independent franchises on the way they conduct business.nnJames

I needed new iPhones and I was helped by a very nice young lady named Esmeralda at this location she is the manager and you should go see her if you need new phones....
