I had a wonderful experience here. I was able to get my remote start/security system installed and they detailed the entire interior in the same day. Austin was so helpful getting everything set up. The detailing was superb, every crevice was cleaned. I look forward to the day I can get a new sound system through them as well! 10/10 would recommend

Needed to put a sound system in my BMW, which is a lot more difficult to do than you would think. Thankfully, Calvin, one of the managers was able to help me decide what the best option was. Calvin was incredibly knowledgeable and obviously cares and loved his job. What he did was amazing! All of the guys here are super helpful. I'll gladly come back anytime even if it's just a quick visit. Worth. Every. Penny.

I came to this location last week after having an issue with one of my speakers that was installed about a year ago at the Car Toys in Fort Collins. The speaker kept going out and I thought it was probably a wiring issue. The guy who helped me said it also sounded like a wiring issue and would be covered under the Car Toys lifetime installation warranty. After leaving my car, they called me back saying that it was actually my stereo that needed to be replaced. I asked for a quote on a stereo over the phone and was given a rough estimate of minimum $400 for stereo and installation. I went over to Best Buy and they sold me a Kenwood stereo and free installation for $200 total. I asked them to take a look at the speaker during installation to make sure the issue would be resolved by installing the new stereo - turns out it was a loose connection on the speaker. So disappointing, will not be shopping at Car Toys again.

I love this location so much. I brought my truck in to have some things adjusted and fixed. They are so awesome. The customer service of the staff and manager was so professional and courteous. They did a great job and I plan on going back to them to upgrade my truck with more toys. Thanks guys !!!
