Great place to buy appliances of all types. Refrigerator, washers and dryers, Televisions, Ranges, and Microwave Ovens. All sales are final so measure before coming here. They deliver and install if you want. Open box specials.

I purchased three appliances from this location and scheduled delivery on the spot. My delivery was cancelled 18 times because of communication issues that neither the store nor central support took accountability for. Each time I would have to call back to schedule, wait on hold, ask them to resolve the root cause and ultimately be told they didn’t know what the issue was and hoped it would be fixed this time. It never was — they had lost the appliance somewhere between the store and the warehouse in Aurora.nnThe team they hired to deliver two of the three appliances left in the middle of our delivery without completing the installation I paid for, saying they would come back. They never did.nnI wound up coming back into the store to try to fix the issue with the list item, and the manager, John, said he would help me cancel and order a new appliance as a replacement. He then “hit the wrong button” and was unable to process and exchange without charging me a second time, this for an item that I had purchased weeks earlier only for Best Buy to lose it.nnI bought it from Home Depot instead and had no issues.nnThe savings are appealing, but don’t be fooled — it’s not worth your trouble to work with incompetent people and systems that don’t work.

Found an awesome fridge at a big discount due to few scratches and out of box. Nice guys working there, and even got it delivered!

Great if you need an appliance or tv. They offer open box items at a discount. No computers though.
