I have recently ordered a laptop as deal for black Friday, for curbside pickup. At the time of the order the item has shown to be in stock, so I was pretty confident when purchasing. I have placed an order and was monitoring the status to know when the item is ready to be picked up. After about day and a half I get a call from store representative, saying she is sorry but the item is not in stock. So I go ahead and nicely express my dissatisfaction stating that the item was in stock when I ordered so not sure how all of the sudden the item turns out not be. The response was that most likely the item was sold for walk in customer. Absolutely not fair.. If you open up for online shopping customers should be treated exactly the same, and if the their point of sale software doesn't offer some type of synchronization between in store and online, then maybe invest in a new one. This holiday season I said to myself that I will try to purchase gifts outside o amazon, however it seems that the quality of service and general experience of Amazon is just better (never experience issue like this while shopping on Amazon). The store representative was nice so at least that was positive although there wasn't anything she could really do for me.

Knowledgeable. Found what I want, found accessories I needed. The price was better than expected. Always a great experience when I'm looking for electronics. Been going to this one (even when I live far away) for many years.

Found LG microwave at Best Buy on line . Chased this purchase on line and several stores that claimed they had it in stock. Only to go there and there were none ,order only.nGreat story Home Depot (across the street)was going to order it for me for in store pick up next week. OK. Then they told me it would be a $59 delivery fee because it can't be delivered to the store for pick up!!!nJason helped me with the purchase. Getting the last one off the top shelf for me, checked me out and carried the microwave to the car! Very nice and efficient young gentleman! Best buy on price also and friendly service!nThank you all so much!nCindy Werner
