Terrible custimer service and terrible staffing. Staff in this place is very rude and unprofessional.I would not do business here at all. Ownership needs to take accountability and let these employees find jobs else where. There is cricket wireless next door!! Take your business there!! At least cricket greets when when you walk in and is not on there cell phone talking to friends while doing business!!! Avoid this store at all costs!!!!!!
Took 4 ever and they dint even really help what a waste of time.
Went here with wife and kids to get phone, girls where hanging out in back talking on phone and very rude. Whose hiring the employees is not doing a good job.New staff needed asap!!!
Customer service is great here!nnI have been using MetroPcs as a 2nd phone line. I just took a family member in to also replace a 2nd line from Cricket. What a world of difference, in product, service and sales!!nnThe store is ALWAYS immaculate and CLEAN!
