Tristan helped us purchase the new iPhone 12 with such great customer service. He was very friendly and patient with the whole process. My dad is very happy with his new iPhone 12! Kudos to this location, we really had an awesome customer service experience!

I was in today at the Aurora Mall location. Husam was the store attendant who helped me out. I went in with a host of questions on how to use my newer phone. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient with me. He walked me through everything and made sure I knew how to utilize the apps I had questions on. I am so grateful to have met this young man. As an older person trying to figure out all the new technology it can be daunting. Husam you blessed my day. I never got this kinda of service being a Sprint Customer in years!!! So far I am very happy to be apart of T-Mobile now because of your kindness and understanding you and your team have shown. I wish you the best!

Come here if you want to get robbed, literally. Horrible in-person service. Sales person opened up three lines under my account even though I only have two phones. I went back in to get it changed and they said they could not assist and I would have to call the support line. I have called the support line and everyone I've talked to (6 people so far) has not been able to fix my bill, even though they admit that there should only be two lines open and not three. They say they will have a resolution and call me back and have been saying that for three weeks now. When I finally got escalated to a supervisor/manager, they hung up on me.

We walked in with some questions about switching carriers and by the time we were headed home we left with better phones and as new T-Mobile customers. Miguel is absolutely outstanding. He offered us great deals and information without being pushy in any way. He went out of his way and far above and beyond to assist us. Go see Miguel!
