Great customer service. The employees were all very helpful and super friendly. Shalome was our salesperson and she was awesome and very professional. She answered all of our questions and helped to find the best deal for us. I’ll definitely be making this my go-to T-Mobile location.
Was in a couple months back in need of a new phone. Great store , great customer service every customer was greeted by at least one of the staff & helped out in a timely manner , while still practicing social distancing. Alula helped me out , & allowed me get out the door With a brand new phone for spending as little money as possible , & he has experience with both T-Mobile as well as sprint so is very knowledgeable. Thanks for helping out
Daniel was very friendly. He made getting a new phone painless and easy. All the staff was awesome. They deserve something nice.
All work was fine. But if the store has it be mandatory to wear a mask, then the employees should properly wear theirs, not having it be low enough on his face that I can see his upper lip. Might as well not even wear one.
Best customer service every Brandy needs to be the manager or owner. Went above and beyond, needs to be given a raise! Seriously best customer service I've been given.
