She said she was the account manager there?so of course we've had financial situations where we've had to purchase from Aarons and we're thankful for that but during this pandemic we've been doing the best we can making partial payments just to keep a float. She has the nerve to say that they can't accept partial payments anymore because of the other customers that (stiffed) them during this pandemic. Stiffed?! What kind of customer service is that?! It's a PANADAMIC!

Went in wanting to buy a big sectional couch. Was told they don't like delivering big couches and said they have other selections. Terrible sales method!!!!!

How to say thank you very much to the Aarons employees that helped me out today I was at a another Aaron's store on East Colfax yesterday and got a very rude comment from one of their employees just because of their employees in that store did not stop me from going to Aarons again well let me tell you this story that I found out here on East Mississippi is one of the best stores I've have talked to you in a long time thank you guys and I will be renting from you guys in the future as well

We have alread had a great experience with Aaron's until recently. When the new manger Dave took over, our problems started. We moved so we scheduled a pick up. They did not show, so we called and then they say the person that scheduled the pick up was not authorized to do so. REALLY???? They finally come and get the merchandise and don't bring a dolly. We had front load washer and dryer. They drug it across my floor and tore my kitchen floor. The guy told me to call the office, The manager DAVE said he was not going to fix it because according to his employees my kitchen was in standing water... Why would you move your equipment if there was standing water??? I've already filed a complaint with the cooperate off and my apt complex. Tried to do the right way, now we will go the legal route.
