I would definitely go back! Elijah was so polite and helped me set up my new phone perfectly. I would recommend going to him if you plan on visiting this location. Everyone in the store was so nice and it felt like a nice environment to be in. 10/10
It wasn't great. Waited in line for 20 minutes for something quick and simple while 2 associates were helping other people, only to have a 3rd associate come out to help because they were closing soon. It would've been BETTER if they asked the 3rd associate to come help us instead of waiting soo long. She couldn't have been on her lunch Because they were 20 minutes to close.
Went in there today for upgrades of my Galaxy watch and phones on my account and was helped by Trystan. Trystan was extremely helpful and had extraordinary customer service. He was so detailed in the breakdown of everything we had questions for and was able to help us walk out with everything we came for. Even the small side conversations about our day and life in general was nice. I will definitely be making this my go to store.
Great customer service, friendly staff, but young and reckless -- saw at least one of them not wearing a mask before I walked in.nNot very COVID-19 safe.
Asia and Michelle are awesome. They have helped me more than once. I'm very thankful for them. Always so friendly. If you ever need anything, I highly recommend this store!!
