Place is kinda hard to find what you need. Amazon drop off signage none existent till you find the kiosk. Clearance.. Have fun. Presuming they have so much as it's not organized. Checking out... Yeah all registers numbers are lit up making it hard to tell who is doing what. Prices, not saving anything. MSRP for off brand cost just as much as name brand giving the illusion your saving. Overall, your better going down the street to other box stores.

In this day an age there are a lot of high school age kids working, and I have to say a lot of em don’t want to work or they just have an attitude.This Kohl’s has a lot of em. I do have to point out one individual though, I think his name was Joey, he had blue ish hair. If you want great customer service ask for his help, he is amazing. He was working on something and he took the time to help me find a gift for my mom. He helped me find a clearance comforter that my mom absolutely loves, also he recommended some great ideas to keep it clean cause it was a fuzzy comforter. Also I think he was called to do something else, but I appreciate that he didn’t get someone else to come help me, he told them he would be up there as quick as he can but he was with a customer, So thank you for not passing me on to another associate. I’ve come in from time to time and I’m always seeing him helping out customers, and he actually will take you to what your looking for instead of just pointing! Also wile I was checking out I notice he was helping out other associates who I think were new, he was so helpful and patient with them. Also ken was really helpful. Love this Kohl’s and will be coming back.

I've never given a Google review before. Normally I will compliment the individual to their boss traditionally. But I didn't see anyone as welcoming as Karima. She's very personable and helpful.nI was there to get a present for my wife and surprise her. But I know nothing about women's jewelry or makeup, so I'm glad Karima was there to help. She definitely deserves a raise because my wife loved loved her present. Thanks a bunch, Karima!

This is a well stocked store... With many helpful personnel and a few not quite so helpful.nBut I will say I shopped the shoe department recently and an associate named Joey helped me immensely.nEven though I didn't buy any shoes he didn't walk away without trying to help me...
