The line spans the store. I’d be more understanding if I didn’t leave and come back only to have the same issue. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is there will be a long line. I’m not sure if they don’t have the manpower or if it’s a management issue but this is unbelievable. Seems clear that this is a well known issue but Ross doesn’t care enough about its customers or their customers’ time.

There never seems to be that many people working when I go, but always a decent amount of customers. Every time I am serviced politely and quickly. My only other complaint would be that it could be cheaper but honestly prices are pretty reasonable.
