It is usually well stocked but the area at night it not the best

I went to target today to pick up my medications and promised my daughter a treat. I was tired, so I decided to grab an easy dinner. We picked up my RX’s (always pleasant and wonderful customer service at the pharmacy) and proceeded to checkout. My card declined. I’m standing with others behind me in line, humiliated. The cashier was so kind and considerate. My daughter was with me, she made no display of the scenario, as a new employee she did have to contact the manager to figure out how to postpone my purchase to let other customers move through the line. Both the cashier and the manager were so kind and discrete. I Was able to get my child’s treat and leave without a display or feeling shamed or disgraced. Thank you so much for real service. I will always use Target as my go-to for all of my household needs. And, thank you to the kind women that made a very hard moment much easier.

Have an update. I had the store manager walk away from me when I was trying to figure out why the pricing was different on the exact same thing. She was no help. She just walked away. I wasn't rude I'm just new and I was trying to figure out why there's so many different prices exact same thing. Not very good service. 11-1-20 came to the store again tried to buy an item (magic the gathering) said I can only buy 1 draft pack. Store is the worst. Walmart here I come.

I have been going to this store for years including the pharmacy. The service has always been good and the selection is good. As far as people on here complaining about employees not enforcing the mask mandate, asking store employees to essentially be mask cops is putting them in danger. There was already a beat down in this store when a customer asked another customer to put a mask on. This store isn’t in the best neighborhood. Asking employees to put themselves at risk (which isn’t what they signed up for) is absurd especially when the majority of the staff are women. That is a job for security guards. Yes, of course the store is worried about their bottom line! If you have employees asking customers to put on masks and it regularly leads to escalated situations, staff will quit, turnover will be sky high and word will make it into the media about the incidents. They need people to work there in order to have the store in the first place and they don’t need a tarnished reputation. Both will put the store under. Target already isn’t doing well. It’s a snowball effect.nnThere will always be people who don’t abide by the rules. Texting and driving, driving recklessly are two examples of rules that are broken and injure/kill people daily. On a probability scale, you are much more likely to die in a car accident or choking on your lunch than from this virus if you are under 80 years of age. The impractical idealism that some people express is a reflection of their own misery. You cannot control others and the world will never fit your expectations. The emotional responses, illogical reviews on here remind me of the outrage culture that occupies social media. No thought or logic required! Just emotional tirades about how “the world isn’t fair.”
