From the moment we walked through the door, the staff was very friendly and professional. Jim, our salesman and his boss, were very patient with me and my husband trying different beds, different settings, positions sleeping, etc. and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable answering all our questions. Staff seem to genuinely care about finding a good deal for you and wanting you to be healthier and happier with better sleep. Our bed is soon to be delivered, and we're so looking forward to it, would definitely recommend this store and staff to others!
Buyer beware. Spent just under $10k for sleep number mattress and motorized adjustable frame. Neither I nor my wife really like it, so we decided to take advantage of the return within 100 days if not satisfied offer. Turns out that only applies to the mattress, NOT the $3,200 motorized frame - so they stuck me for that. I feel more than a little bit scammed by Sleep number; I'd recommend not doing business with them.

I am very pleased with the salesman and the in store experience. I am very disappointed that we already had to wait three plus weeks for a delivery only to have it postponed another three weeks the night before our scheduled delivery. I expected more communication and something for this significant inconvenience.
