My wife and I were lucky to have met Paul at Furniture Row. His detailed knowledge of available merchandise and what was in-stock was obvious. He listened carefully and showed us exactly what we were looking for. All the while, his very pleasant and courteous manner put us at ease and loosened our purse strings.nnKudos to management for finding a great representative and expert salesman such as Paul Dickson.

We had some bad experiences with a large furniture chain in Spokane ( no nightstands delivered 7 months after order) that we stopped at Furniture Row to see if they were better. Dallas greeted us (now at Spokane Valley) and was very helpful pulling together our living room and dining room furniture. We had a missing part on delivery and they immediately got it to us. The store manager Darrell helped us with a bump on the back of the sectional, Joel came out to our house and fixed a difficult job with a smile, we were very appreciative! We would highly recommend Furniture Row and will shop with them again for our guest bedroom set.

I purchased a couch set over a week ago. I was assured it would be there one week later. I rented a truck for the day it was supposed to be there. Due to their truck being delayed I did not receive my couch on time. I did NOT receive a phone call stating the truck was delayed. I had to call them. When I called I was informed my stuff had not arrived and would be delayed another day. Well that means I have to pay for another day for the truck I rented due to no fault of my own. The man on the phone told me he has no control over the trucks. There was nothing he could do. I asked if they would deliver it to my house he said they could but I would have to pay their delivery charge. Why do I have to pay for your mistake? What happen to customer service? Why couldn’t he wave the fee for delivery so I didn’t have to pay more? I will never purchase from this place ever again.

My husband and I just placed an order with the sales Manager by the name of Kyle at Furniture Row. Although we haven’t received our product to rate yet; I can say that the manager was fantastic. When he saw my inquiring questions online about the product through the chat session; he reached out to me after hours, while home with his family to assure me he would call the following day. He called and messaged me discussing everything in detail. He was very accommodating, professional and polite. Thank you Kyle, YOU made this sale today; I would have went elsewhere if it wasn’t for you. Can’t wait to see our new bedroom set!

I’d been looking at a table on the website for weeks, and finally decided to buy it. The website said to call the local store to order it. When j called, the phone conversation was less than 5 minutes and I had my table ordered! I received an easy text link for secure payment and now I wait for my call to come pick it up from the store. So easy!
