Micah gave me a very thorough presentation of the mattresses in my price range. I’ve been in sales a LONG time and he was great, a true joy to work with!nnI was ready to buy on the spot on Thursday, but thought I should bring my wife to see the mattress on Saturday. My experience was great, I went with my friend to help her find a mattress and ended up bringing my husband back to get the same one with the adjustable base. Micah was fabulous, not too pushy, very knowledgeable and he joked around with us. I give 5 stars to Micah and Denver Mattress!!
Micah was excellent in explaining everything to us and very patient while we tried to make up our mind which one we wanted. Have bought from Denver Mattress previously and will continue to do so in the future. Very good customer service!
Eric was very patient in explaining the different options, brands, and differences. He was not pushy. We ended up coming back and making the purchase. Again, he was very patient and helpful, as well as, trying to give us the best deal possible. They have an excellent return policy and trial period. It’s a big purchase - so that’s important. Great selection and helpful staff.
Micah helped me out at the Spokane Valley location. He was extremely helpful and got us a great price on our mattresses. I highly recommend asking for him if you need anything!
