One star is far too generous! I received a matress without the ved. Delivery online shows complete. I have attempted to reach this company through every channel (email, phone, live chat and local calls) NOTHING. I am so frustrated- I can't see myself ordering from them again! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Prices change with time of year and upcoming holidays. Different on line too. Adequate options. Delivery has to come out of Denver and expect 3 weeks.
Paul (sales associate) knew exactly what I was looking for (Ottoman). He pulled up my purchase history, showed me choices on the computer & seamlessly set me up for delivery. Paul is professional, friendly & efficient. He always makes my furniture (search &) shopping experience a breeze.
The only thing I liked about it was the idea of getting what I bought, but it's now three weeks and much like the other review stated-just waiting for a call from them. I heard 7-10 days but now I realize I am the fool for trusting that quote. Not happy that in two days it will be a month since the date of purchase. They said the actual delivery will take an additional week.nPoor business model!
It was nice to be greated when I first arrived. Told them I was just looking and the sales staff left me alone. When I was ready to purchase, they were quite helpful in getting me the item I requested and the sale went quickly.
