Complete Suite Furniture and Mattress

My wife and I had the best shopping experience yesterday. We had bought our last furniture set from them. We were in the market to buy another set so we figured we would shop around. What a mistake and waist of time. Our last stop was the only stop we needed to make. At completely suite furniture. We were greeted at the door by Mike the owner. Mike gave us the layout of the store and told us they were offering an additional 20% off. I seen signs that said they would beat any price. We found the exact set we liked at a different store. It was a little more... so I thought. I asked if they would mach the price and after they took the additional 20% off it was less then I had hoped. Bottom line. Best price, best costumer service, locally owned and made in the USA.

Great store. Great service. Great selection. Appreciate all the help from store manager Steve. Recommend to anyone looking for quality furniture at a fair price.

Love my new furniture got a couch and two chairs, three end tables, also a dining room set with extra chairs. They go beautifully in my house.

Steven Bailey had the best customer service out of anyone there. He was able to sell me a pair of recliners that I are so comfortable I never want to leave!

We were lied to continually in regards to when our item would arrive. Have been waiting almost 2 months for it, which we were originally told 2 weeks. Every time we call, the date changes, with promises that it will be there on that date. Well, nothing has happened for almost 2 months and the dates just keep changing. We bought a TV stand elsewhere. When we called to cancel, they told us we couldn’t cancel it until the person we bought it from was working. Now we can’t get in contact with the person who bought it from us for a refund. Horrible customer service, would not recommend to ANYONE
