Alex Rising, assistant manager, is AMAZING and solves any problems you might have with your phone. He always has an answer and if he doesn’t he’ll find it out for you and get back to you! He’d make a GREAT Verizon store manager with all his 11 years of working with Verizon. He’s very patient, kind, and understanding with older folks such as myself!nnFYI — heads up - Suggestion would be to NOT purchase a Verizon phone at the Costco store in the Spokane Valley. They don’t have a clue what they are doing and Alex had to fix all of what they did wrong. Just go to this Spokane Valley Store and purchase it there with all the bells and whistles that you can find for it!nnThey had a new girl on the floor, Sheleena Braid, who had only worked there a couple weeks. She did a great job too working with and learning from Alex! She welcomed me and greeted me kindly as I entered the building. I felt very welcome there. It’s just right off I-90 and so it’s easy access getting off and on the freeway!nnI will definitely return to the store whenever I need them! Alex, thanks so much for fixing my contacts so that we could find our German friends again! Alex and Sheleena were a good team and worked well together. Sheleena, thanks for fixing my account so that I could get my paper billing once again!nnIn fact, I thought they were both so awesome I went next door to Yokes and brought them back some yummy milk chocolate sea salt carmels. Had to wait 30 minutes to even be acknowledged I was there. After 30 minutes I had to ask how much longer I should wait to be helped. One employees was chatting with a customer for this while time and said she was waiting for an order to come through. I guess I could help you if you are just picking something up (that's all I came in for) the other employee never said anything to me. For the amount of money I spend per month on my verison bill and phones for my family of 6 I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. Plan on wearing a tan top and shorts when you have to wait outside for a half hour.

My mom has some cognitive impairment. She bought a phone she couldn’t work we needed to get her old phone back in working order and had been told it would be nearly impossible.....not for Alex! He performed a miracle and mom can use her phone again! The entire staff was very patient helping us understand the new covid policies. We highly recommend this location.

Alex was so helpful through our 3 hr wait he did everything he could and more.nnKorbin was over 20 mins late and didn’t show any signs of rushing to help all of the people waiting outside. I rate him a zero if I could
