Very friendly. The associate I talked to was easy to get advice from.

Valley store very friendly. Kinda out of selection for tablets. Very clean store

Went in for tv, most tvs on display were not in stock, same for printers.

It was a weird experience, they had SO many employees that they were just standing around in groups chatting and socializing, which made it very uncomfortable to walk up and get assistance. There was literally a group of at least 9 guys in Best Buy uniforms standing around just socializing. Not even like they were waiting to help someone, they were in a circle facing each other and it was very weird walking up to get assistance. We ended up walking around trying to find another person to ask. Same thing happened with the checkout. I walked up and there was a group of like 4 people behind the counter just sitting around chatting. I walked up in front of it with my items to purchase and they looked at me but just kept talking like I wasn’t standing there. And then one person FINALLY turned around after a very awkward minute or two and reluctantly checked me out. It left a very bad taste in my mouth and made me not want to go back. It looked very unprofessional.

Note:This review is on the geek squad portion of best buy.nI previously paid them $200 for a contract to cover my items.nI called ahead to drop off a laptop and printer. They said they have to repair by appointment only and I said I know from last time...I just want to register them in and leave. They said I would have to wait 20 minutes..I said ok.nWhen I got there they told me I am not allowed to drop off anything off for repairs accept by appointment. I told them I called ahead and got permission there would be a 20 min wait but that did not matter...furthermore there was no one waiting in line...just me. Unbelievable! They got my money and I guess to them that's all that counts.nDo not buy their contracts ...its a farce and they do not keep their agreements. I reiterate this is a review on geek squad.nI have asked them for my money back and so far no response!
