This review isn't a review of the T-mobile store directly, this is more a review of the associate Dan.nnSimply put, Dan is an awesome employee and an asset to TMobile and if you are lucky enough to get Dan to help you, you are in good hands.nnMy father and I went to TMobile to get my father a new phone and although our situation was complex, involved, and had to be frustrating, Dan never missed a beat.nnMy father and I are loud, boisterous, and not very politically correct with our sense of humor and in today's messed up cancel culture where anyone can be fired for saying the wrong thing, Dan perfectly navigated our sense of humor while never breaking a strict professionalism and not saying a single thing that could have gotten him in trouble while perfectly and gently navigating our short attention spans back to business at hand so he could finish the job we came in the store for and so we wouldn't be a bother to other customers. He walked that tightrope perfectly.nnMy father and I being as much of a distraction as we were being, which was very distracting, Dan never got sidetracked by us and was able to maintain a professional and personable conversation even though I wasn't being professional in the slightest. Dan finished handling the complicated issue with my father's phone line without wasting a single second and did the job with perfect accuracy.nnIf I was a mystery shopper, not only would I give Dan a good review, I'd recommend a raise for this man. Wait, I don't need to be a secret shopper to do that, I'm saying it right now, this man is an asset and should be kept happy and paid a lot. If he is already paid a lot, pay him more.nnWith the exception of one particular employee which I was less than impressed with, everyone else I met at this TMobile has been at the very least decent, but Dan is exceptional.nnMy father and I we're so impressed with Dan, we went back to give him a personalized thank you card. I've NEVER gone back with a thank you card to a retail store, not one single time in the 40 years of my life.

I wouldn't recommend this location usually because of the lack of customer service but today I had the best, fastest, and easiest experience ever there and the only reason was because of the guy working there. Sean is way cool and very helpful and patient. He set my phone up for me and I didn't even have to do a thing! Oh and Tony was pretty cool dude too. Thank you again you guys!

Dan is the BEST and our favorite T-Mobile EXPERT!!! He took care of our family. I switch to T-Mobile a year ago and none of our watches were paired with our phones (that's four watches). He fixed EVERYTHING in our account! He was super friendly and patient with all our demands. AND I loved that he gave my 15 yr old teen a hard time ha ha (friendly of course!) We will only be coming to Dan from now on! ud83dude00

Dan helped me with my watch last week, and then this week helped me with my phone and got everything on track and better than ever!! Kept me laughing the whole time and treated me like a human. Very much love this place!!! Have been with them for 3 years and will continue!
