I am really impressed with the customer service. Warren and Ryan are extremely pleasant and knowledgable about the engineering and quality differences between each of the pianos. They do a great job articulating how these unique features translate to sound quality and tone. I never felt rushed or pressured and am excited to enjoy the piano I purchased for many years to come.
