I worked with Rikki to switch from Android to iPhone and she was AMAZING!! She got me switched over, gave me a tutorial so I knew how to work my new amazing phone! She also got me some killer deals to get me set up with accessories! I have NEVER had so much fun in a phone store, it didn't take the whole day either which I was very happy about! Thank you Rikki!! You're the best!! :)
I as greeted by Drew the store manager immediately as I walked through the door. I am not tech savvy at all and I let him know right away. He took me in and helped me get the new phone all set up and transferred over as well as being vary patient and understanding. Overall I had an amazing experience. Thank you!
Purchasing a new cell phone can seem daunting to some, myself included but my experience with Michael at the East Sprague location was delightful. He was patient, knowledgeable and first and foremost he listened!! There was no pressure just information given so that I could choose the phone that best met my needs. The entire transaction was really fun. It was refreshing to have such a kind and capable young man assist me!
My husband and I came to this location this evening. We were greeted by a gal named Jill she spoke to us about getting new devices as our current devices are very outdated. Jill introduced us to a gal named Casey who was the Apple expert. Casey was very knowledgeable and knew just how to help us. While speaking with her to make conversation she advised she was off at 6 but would gladly stay to help us out. Well we aren’t very tech smart so 6 came and went. Casey didn’t loose patience or rush she took her time to help us every step of the way. Casey we thank you and appreciate you staying well past 6. We look forward to making you our go to.
Michael is awesome. If you go to this store and are lucky enough to be helped by him, he does an excellent job. Great service and will go the extra mile to get you the plan and any deals that he can. Michael is really professional and I appreciate the great job he did in getting my phone switched over.
