Wow..worst experience ever...went in to buy a phone . The guy who i jave found out is the owner would not sell me a phone he flat out refused unless i bought the $800 phone. I will never be back to this location. Looking to switch carriers which is sad been with metro for years
Customer service was excellent & I was able to upgrade my plan for much less than I expected.
The manager, Hector, is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and exemplifies customer service. I can not express how I wish every Sprint had employees of this caliber.
Went in to this store yesterday and had a great encounter. Scott the store manager has always been a great help and finding the best deals possible. Have always enjoyed my experiences with Scott and Metro PCS.
I live out in Post Falls/CDA ID, and even though there is a closer Metropcs to me i will always go out of my way to visit this location. Scott is sincerely one of kindest souls i met with a business. He looks out for your best interest and is very up front and honest. I will always recommend him and his service. Whenever we have to deal with a issue regarding phone its frustrating and stressful but every time i came in his vibrant energy cheers me up. Thank you again Scott.
