Riley was AWESOME!! He walked me through everything clearly and concisely. He was very professional with a touch of humor. Which is always great when your getting a ankle monitor on. LOL. Our old system was out dated and honestly it was ADT so the quality was sub par.... This system was fairly expensive but I feel the value out ways the up front cost... Staff was knowledge and professionalnAfter working out some bugs our system gives me peace of mind inside and out...
Despite some initial challenges with the system, and a few frustrating set-backs, Certified pulled through with a “win” by sending their best tech Matt to troubleshoot and fix all the issues. Matt took extra time to diagnose problems correctly rather than jump to erroneous conclusions, and he sure knows the in’s and out’s of current technology security systems, from hardware to software! He kept his promise to keep returning and communicating until all glitches were addressed. Thanks for “enduring to the end.”
Great service! They are always responsive to quickly solve any concerns or service needs. We usually see Matt and he does a great job quickly explaining issues in layman‘s terms, getting to the heart of the matter and solving the issue.
