Hands down one of the best phone buying experiences I've had. I'm usually not too excited about getting a new phone because I always feel like phone places are really pushy and try to get you things you don't need. From the time I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Michael Lutz. He showed me all the options that were available and wasn't pushy at all. He educated me on the phones and I was able to make my decision from there . He helped save me money on my bill and earned a life long customer. I will be going back to this store for all my needs and be recommending it to my friends and family.

After losing my phone and being in a frenzy, I decided to stop at T-Mobile to see if they could offer us better service and better rates than we currently had at cricket. Not only did they have better service and better rates, but Mike the sales manager was awesome! He was Extremely professional andnwas knowledgeable on every product that they had in the store. He was committed to finding our family the best plan to fit our needs, while educating us on the best phones to fit Our lifestyle and keep us connected! We couldn't be happier with the level of customer service we received. We absolutely love our phones and the service is great!! When they say 5G, they mean it!!

I love this store! Go see Mike Lutz or Alfredo (never got his last name) but these two are awesome! Mike started helping us switch service and he went above and beyond then Alfredo helped me get my numbers ported over 100/100 go see them for new service. Mike is the best store manager he listens to my concerns and walked Alfredo through everything what a great leader! I manager in the medical field so I know what it takes to manage people! Great deals great prices!

I love this location. I am always greeted the moment I walk in with happy faces (even with masks on.) This particular time I was helped out by Bri we did an upgrade on my husbands phone and she was just so nice and helpful. This t-mobile will always have me and my family's business!

Love this store, the staff is always well knowledgeable and friendly! Also easily helps with all correcting all of weird and frustrating issues. It is quite busy and a bit of a wait but they take the time to do everything they can for you.
