I absolutely love the staff at this location ! ud83eudd70nThey have akways been such a delight to deal service is always A+, if you have an issue they aee more than willing to work with you, I do have to say that if you have a need for furniture and can't out right buy something that's quality this is the place ti go. So not listen to the bad reviews, they obviously have to been up front in giving their review. Rhey probably are a scammer of sorts and yes this doesn't like that. Otherwise go in and experience Rent a Center for yourself. They always have amazing promotions, if they dont have a piece or set or electronic there on location, it can order or even delivered by a local location close to them. I just bought an excessively large LG 79 inch tv 6 months same as cash, for under a 1000 dollars. Its in great condition and we are in love with and the furnitue set we purchased through this location.nThanks guys for all your hard work and your help!!! ud83eudd70

They will literally say anything here. They bully and argue you into purchasing OPTIONAL insurance that does nothing for you. They were Very misleading and sometimes couldn't even answer simple questions about the lease. They will harass you and make threats if you don't pay by a certain time ( BRIE specifically) even if they know you always make your payments. I paid off my lease early for the cash out price of 717.68 But once reviewing my payment history I realized I'd still paid over 953.00 when I called and asked why it also couldn't be explained. Even with my few late fees it still wasnt adding up.I would never recommended rent a center to anyone.

Went in there yesterday staff was great helped us out. Made things work out. Went back today instead of the 30 they told me yesterday it was 67.00. Then the manager started talking down to me and was not a good day so I walked out. Think I hurt his feelings so went back in after I was approved he said no not renting to u. Kind of glad went somewhere else got better computer and better service. Do not go to this store this is how he treats military vets. 23 yr navy. Willwill be calling cooperate office on Monday.
