They called me in for an interview, as I met their requirements.nnI go to the interview, wait in their breakroom for about 30 mins...sit down with a person who dials into another office for a phone interview for them to tell me I wasn't qualified...
Let's be honest. Sears is dead but trying to maintain their history but doing it the wrong way. I'm sad. I wish they'd stay around but service is beyond inferior. Their pay structure n commision structure serves the company and you have to be unethical to make a decent pay comission structure which was recently reworked. I'm surprised there aren't more lawsuits. Sad such a good company fell prey to bad leadership. Do the call center but only if you care about money not people. I run a nonprofit now half because of my experience. I care for those same people being swindled. I now advise them of all their civil, consumer, and human rights.
Sears has been around for a long time too bad they're going out of business
