Excellent customer service. Looked up availability of item I wanted to exchange. When I got to that department she helped me find the replacements. Everyone was very cordial.
Victoria is incredible!! She calls when there are sales. She is so kind and caring. If I hadn't retired I would steal her and put her in Management.
I went to macys last night to replace couple of suits. Sara and Terry were super helpful. Terry went out of her way to make sure I got the right fit this time. I am writing this to show my appreciation to them. I would go back if I need any future suits.
Not sure why staff is so slow here. She wondered back and forth from the register. I said I was ready multiple times. I felt overly pressured to sign up for a CC. I said no more than once and eventually just caved when offered a discount. Not that I got it. She had everything bagged up, handed over, and told me to have a good day as she walked off. Then was confused when I had to call her back. I hadn't payed yet. I don't know if they get something for signing people up for CC or what but I don't like listening to one associate gabbing away while the other takes 24 minutes to ring me up!
Good service. Good prices. Quality items. , too many customers in store. A lot of poor teens wearing old torn jeans. Real sad. Felt guilty buying jewelry.
