Absolute horrible service except for the manager, called about a problem with the phone and instead of trying to help just basically said they couldn’t do anything and that it was on us for the problem when it should be on the manufacturer. The associate had major attitude and was being so rude when I was simply trying to figure out what to do. Thankfully the manager was very nice and helpful but we still had to end up calling another sprint store (the one in the orchard they are so helpful and so nice!) who was INCREDIBLY helpful and beyond nice with marking sure we got what we needed. Honestly I would go to the sprint store at the orchard for better customer service!

Eric was such a wonderful help! So I broke my phone and was thinking it would take at least a day to fix... but Eric did some digging into my account and saw I was eligible for an upgrade AND he even saved me 12 dollars on my bill for a newer version of my old phone!! He answered everything I asked and did it with such kindness!! This guy deserves a raise for sure!!! He even went as far as to show me his phone and share his experiences with the particular phone I got (s20+)!!! Wonderful staff all around at this location great group of guys ALL were so willing to help with everything

Went in to upgrade my phone, the associate felt he was unable to help us with doing this so ended up leaving and doing my upgrade at home online with no issues myself. I don't understand why people are continued to be paid to work in stores if they're going to send you online anyway. Better off to just leave all physical stores closed and operate online and over the phone since that's the only way to get any help anyway.
