I had a good experience as did my wife! Quick in and out buying a new phone and line! They didn't rush me to buy and I'm super indecisive so it took me a min to decide but I definitely feel I went with the right choice with the time that was spent inside the store. Each employee was masked up and ready to greet customers! Crystal was excellent!
I’ve been to this location 2 times with phone problems and both times I was helped with excellent customer service. The first time a tall Spanish girl Vanessa helped me and was being such a sweat heart answering all of my questions. The second time a guy named oscar helped me and was very polite professional and helpful. I hope I don’t have any more phone problems but if I do I know where I’ll be heading.

Manager Julia was very patient and kind. She waited on the phone with me and helped me troubleshoot my phone. Im grateful there is still somegood management in this world.....
Extremely pushy sales staff. Literally just came here once to pick up a T mobile Tuesday item and they immediately tried to give a sales pitch. This being a authorized retail location is evident just by how their sales staff are overly focused on sales.
