Family photos were awesome. Mike was great with our 2-1/2 year old who is apparently camera shy.
This store is disorganized, the associates are not trained properly, and do not take responsibility for their mistakes. I was there recently I picked out a skirt from the clearance section which was not organized or sorted in anyway whatsoever. I brought the item up front to check out where Angelica told me the skirt was not on clearance. She then said the skirt would be marked down to $7.42 the next day. So I put it on hold planning to pick it up the next day. The next day I called to make sure it was still available. I was told that it was but the price was only lowered to $21.99. I asked the manager to speak to Angelica about the pricing and was said that Angelica denied telling me the skirt would be $7.42. Overall full price items should not be in the clearance section, the items should be organized by size, and store associates should take responsibilities for there mistakes.
This review is for the Sephora inside of JC Penny. They were rude, curt , and disrespectful. My wife went in to return something and had a emailed receipt but they said they did not take those nor did they read the awards account. Said they could do it one time as a courtesy but they would need a physical copy next time. The sad part of it was the email was a digital receipt that was purchased online a few days ago from Sephora online store. As many times as my wife has went to return stuff at Sephora, never have I heard this. Then they returned it and put it on a JCPenny Gift card and then purchased it back through Sephora. What a headache.
An archetypal Penney's. Good selection, good service, and what you would expect from a Penney's location. Could use some more selection for tall customer's (versus big and tall- sometimes we just need tall!).
Barb the lady from Orchard mall in JCPENNEY is very friendly and has excellent costumer service attitude
