I needed a new SIM card for my phone and was told they could not give me one and all they could do was a swap. That made no sense so I went to a different Xfinity store was out in two minutes with a new SIM card. These guys aren't technicians, just untrained sales associates. You're better off sitting at home calling the 1-800# because that's about all the technical training they possess.
Decided to switch internet services. Since my grandson is remote learning I have to have a reliable service. Went here to pick up the modem. I was surprised at just how busy they are. They were very nice and polite. All the clerks seemed to be knowledgeable as well. The only problem was there wasn't enough of them for the volume of business. My internet is working without interruption now...
Jordan was a delight to have and was so helpful and resourceful! I definitely will be recommending Xfinity especially this store to all of my local friends in Thornton! I loved the experience and I got a free remote cover Jordan was so nice!
