I am not that dumb to shop in here. One lady tried to sell an iphone12 mini as iphone12. She kept saying, 'no visible size difference.' But I am an artist, and I am serious about sizes. I know .5 visual difference. We kept asked sure about this, and she said so sure that two devices do not have a size difference. Well, nice try. Also, I am not that fool to pay the full amount of your service fees. I am not that dumb. Thank you tho, well-tried.
They do great work here. It's a shame people who have a bad experience are more prone to review.

Online and customer service (right hand doesn’t know what left hand is doing), they told us on the phone that they will waive activation fees and we get to the store and this was not honored. Completely despicable and ridiculous.nWent in to Sprint after talking with retention. Whilst in the store Bruce had an attitude that was unacceptable. I bought a privacy protector from them when we first got my iPhone X and I brought in the other one with me that it came with and he told me since they do not sell that brand anymore he will not put the protector on my phone. It’s amazing how these employees act for no rhyme or reason. We will never come to this store!!!!! All your fault Bruce! Good work buddy!
