I've had great, great experiences in the past. Until today. I went to make a payment and the only employee on the front desk did not acknowledge me at all. He was not professional, and did not greet or tell me to wait while he attended another customer.
3/14/20nThey got me onto their line rightaway after canceling my service with booste and the representative Jacqueline and the girl that was working with her were so patient and kind! I definitely will be staying with them for a long time.
