I’m just going to be honest here! When we walked in I was greeted by Alex and Josh they were super awesome people to work with. I found the bedroom set I wanted but unfortunately it was the floor model which I was okay with. Alex had another group he was working with so Josh helped us and was super chill and answered all my questions. Started typing up our order and then at one point needed his manager Eric’s help to look over the invoice for a discount that we were mailed. Eric unfortunately for being a manager was little rude didn’t seem like he wanted to help us and at one point even made me feel like we should have left. Josh, ended up having another group so we stayed working with Eric who promised me that our furniture would be delivered Thursday 11/19. Upon looking at our paperwork and talking with Justin who is another manager, Eric somehow pushed out our delivery until Friday. I needed this bedroom set for family coming into town. Now I’m stuck buying a air mattress because I was promised a date that will no longer happen. You can’t promise someone something and then not deliver. Eric also didn’t discount one of the items that was also promised. As for Alex and Josh they are super chill and awesome Eric needs some additional training on how to be a little more friendly and make customers first. It was like once Eric got the sale we no longer mattered. Eric had asked me to complete a furniture inspection sheet then forgot about us.

I called ahead an spoke with Eric about a new washer and dryer that I need promptly as my current washer started fire!! He was amazing and looked at options for the style and brand I wanted!! He set me up with Carlos, when I arrived at the Thornton store, everyone was extremely helpful. I was in a small time window, and Carlos and the team made it happen!! Updating my credit line, also purchasing a electric range and dishwasher, and setting everything up for next day delivery!! I was in and out in less than an hour!! Thank you Eric for researching all the appliances i wanted(all Samsung smart home capable) and thank you so much Carlos and the team for your awesome customer service!!

Carlos is awesome. He ensured my family, including my young daughter, were comfortable while we focused on our purchase. He also ensured we received a good deal, the best financing option and provided some very important insight helping us make a final purchase decision as we were struggling between two furniture options. He jumped some hurtles flawlessly making our financing as easy as possible.nThanks Carlos!!!

Needed a new laptop immediately and was approved within an hour and walked away with a brand new computer the same day. Steve was awesome with helping me choose the right device and was very kind. Highly recommend.
