Adrian did a great job in assisting me with my purchase. He also had great customer service and went above and beyond in helping me. Thank You Adrian keep up the good customer service.
I was there to add a line to an existing plan and the worker was super rude plus he was with his girlfriend or something. Any how he basically told me that I was going to lose my plan and “that nothing was free in life”. I called T-mobile the representative told me the info was wrong and I was able to add my line for $10.
Rude service Noemi didn’t explain we’ll anything, would ignore us when asking questions. Will not be coming to this T-Mobile anymore worst service I ever gotten from T-Mobile been with them for 10 years. Will be calling corporate to rekey this.

The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 is because they didn't have a replacement screen cover for my phone. BUT Louitze (I hope I spelled that right! ) was amazing! ud83dude09ud83dude0a very helpful & seemed like a wonderful human!
