Madison A. helped me out after quite the trial and tribulation with Sprint Customer Care. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve cancelled my sprint/T-Mobile account immediately and went to AT&T. These 5 stars are for Madison nearly entirely, the only reason Sprint and T-Mobile take any credit in this review is for employing this Gem. I visited three different previously Sprint now T-Mobile stores and was treated like garbage after being treated like garbage by Sprint Customer Care. No one employee I have encountered up until this point has demonstrated the kind of customer care and satisfaction that Madison did. She listened to me and she worked her magic. I wouldn’t have made this sale I did with anybody else because of the experience that Madison provided.

Since T-Mobile bought out Sprint I have had nothing but trouble. So frustrating. I finally went in to this location and for the first time I got great customer service and help. The two ladies that were working bent over backwards to make sure I got answers. One was Alexis and, I'm sorry, but never caught the other one's name.

Alright. They really helped me a lot. I went to 5 different T-Mobile locations trying to get this done. Finally I gave a call to the 1-800 number and they left notes in my account for the next associate to finally get it right.nnLong story short I filed a claim on my phone, instead of getting a replacement I selected to use my upgrade. I was told I could preorder the iPhone 12 Pro Max but the last 5 locations said I couldn't do that. They insisted that I needed to have a replacement to trade in. Wrong. I can't I already filed a claim on the device and selected to get an upgrade instead. Assurant said I needed to go into the store, but again, no one could help me.nnThis was my final stop. Kiley was super friendly and extremely helpful. She knew exactly what to do and was friendly the whole way through. Preorder done just as I was told by the rep on the phone and through the online chat.nnSo it was possible after all, and Kiley was the one to do it.nThank you Kiley!
