I sat on phone over a hour to see if my replacement tablet came is nothing and up just hanging up I been a customer for 7 or going on 8 years and still can't get any one to help me in a time timely Matter. After the rep did come on The phone on the 2nd time that I call back I call it that I have waited for 14 minutes he said eagerly waited 3 minutes but he wanted to fight with me on how long I had waited on the phone and I told him I had been on as a member for almost 8 years and I'm tired of being treated and manhandled and he said well I didn't need to talk to him like that and hung up on me I think they're getting too big too fast nobody wants to help me so for that I'm going to start searching for another Carrier

Bad customer service went in around 12:50pm October 4,2020. Went in to change out my case and screen protector at first they said my case and screen was (generic) and wasn’t there product Once I showed them the phone, then I had to tell them to look up my account Because they didn’t believe me They seen the screen protector but not the case they said that’s not theres. I went back to the car and sent my wife in so she had to pull up my account on my phone and show them my monthly installments. They then refused to change my case even though they had 2 on their shelves, they made me call Apple to see if they can replace it. Terrible service, I’ll never be going back to this T-Mobile ever again.

This is the worse TMobile ever I have had to deal with so many issues with this store Everytime I go in they never can resolve issue and wen a manger gets involved they DNT help either I was emailing the store mgr then she stopped responding back tmobile sucks I can't wait till I can switch phone services. I would not even give the one star but u have to
