Went in to look at phones. Only 1 person working. She was on the phone with someone that obviously wasn’t a customer. Didn’t even acknowledge that I was in the store. Could’ve at least said she’d be with me as soon as she was done. Tried to get her attention and she looked at me like I was an inconvenience and then went back to her personal call without saying a word. Was going to purchase an expensive phone but she couldn’t be bothered. Been with att for years. Now thinking about switching because of this.

I visited the store October 7th 2019. I entered the store and was not greeted by anyone. So I found a seat. There were four people sitting at a table out in the middle of the area. And after sitting there for 12 minutes I walked up and asked if anybody worked there. One of the people responded Yes I work here and I'm in the middle of doing an upgrade. And then glared at me. So I went sat down again. This issue would have been solved by simply greeting me when I came in and saying I'm the only one here I'll be with you when I'm available. I believe this store could use em increase in their weekend staff numbers and some customer service training would go a long way.
