Estela was very friendly, answered all my questions and offered to put on my screen protector for me. She greeted us in a friendly manor. This is my metropcs store from now on.
Will never go back to this store. Staff was very rude and unhelpful. Customer service over the phone was 100 times better and actually helped me instead of this place.

I went in to ask about getting and extension for a couple days on my phone bill. The girl said i could but i'd have to call in to request it. Then i asked about the insurance and if I would get charged an activation fee or not after getting a new phone via a claim. There were 2 people working there and instead of speaking in English to each other as we are English speaking people. The two co workers spoke to each other in Spanish. I found this very rude. The girl that was supposed to be helping us never really even answered the question. Then she said with an attitude after I stated that I would just go to a different pcs store, that she could look up the account. At that point I was so frustrated at her not listening to my question and not really answering my question I asked. I will not be back to this location.
