I’ve been a customer 3+years rented to own multiple items which I paid off all of... with this store and my experience was a roller coaster for sure, towards the end it started to improve.nnJess was a delight, she did a great job always taking care of issues or questions I had. Her manager (I can’t remember her name) was always wonderful at assisting me which is the only reason I am giving stars at all. Prior to her the manager ignored a lot of my questions and requests, it took months to get months to get my tv fixed and given back which was probably stressful on Jess because she was the middle person.nnBefore paying off my last item, I planned to lease another item because my dryer went out, long story short, I called and asked about delivery, after waiting over a week I called and asked AGAIN and they said it wouldn’t be there until maybe Friday but that didn’t sound promising so I canceled my order and they lost the sale.nnOverall, if you REALLY need an item and can’t afford to pay full price and need it delivered this is the place to go but the total cost is usually double or more so also worth it, I don’t think many of the staff in these stores value customers as much as they should, just my opinion. Higher areas of the chain won’t even bother with you if there’s an issue in the store that the manager can’t/won’t fix, unfortunately. Personally, don’t recommend Aaron’s if you’re looking for well priced quality items.

Lina is very very unprofessional. They will tell you anything to get a sale. Also, when delivering a TV nobody offered to help carry it in or set it up. I had to carry the TV by myself 6 months pregnant. They charge your account when it is unauthorized and take nearly double the amount. I had to call the store multiple times to get this issue resolved... just for them to tell me they have to have someone else give me a call back. It took 14 days for them to refund the additional amount they admitted they messed up on. I went in there another time into store and they had very poor customer service nobody greeted me or asked if I needed help. I was a very good customer to them for over 3 years and they still treated me very poorly and lost my business. I will never recommend any more family or friends to this location or to any Aarons for this matter.

Dont buy furniture from here they will literally rip you off. Im still making payments on a dinning set and the chairs are falling apart. Each person tells you different that they'll send someone or send a new one or that you have to take pictures to see if the samage is just normal wear and tear. Its just inconvenient what they tell you. Go to conns the sales people actually help and get you what you need .

Clean nice friendly staff they will get you approved and get you good quality furniture

In need of a bunk bed under $100 a month. Online shows several great options but when I go to complete my order says not available in my area. Fine, I can look elsewhere but now my email is overcome by emails telling me to complete my order. When I asked Customer service she advised to just delete my email, then offered to remove me. Not once offered to see what they could do to accommodate my order request.
