Went in to port a number and get a phone upgrade and was welcomed by Annaly she was very helpful and efficient. Came out with a great phone and plan but most of all a better customer service experience. Thanks!

Hours online and on window say they should be open yet the doors are locked all day and nobody is there to anwser the phone. Bad customer service. Go with a different service provider

Helpful, but I always spend more than I can. Oh well. At least when I don't have nothing I can still have the hound calling me for bills I forgot to pay.
